Axel Duarte is an experienced soccer coach with a strong focus on youth development and high-performance environments. Currently the U14 MLS NEXT Head Coach at Sacramento Republic FC, Axel leads player development with an emphasis on tactical awareness and mental resilience.

Holding a USSF B License, a Master of Science in Sports Management, and a Master in High-Performance Football from MBP School of Coaches in Barcelona, Axel combines advanced education and his natural drive to create an environment that challenges players to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.

Axel remains committed to developing players with the technical excellence, mental fortitude, and tactical intelligence required to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

Santiago Castillo is a highly experienced soccer coach specializing in player development, performance analysis, and long-term athlete development. He holds a USSF A-Youth License, UEFA Level 1 (Spain), and multiple master's degrees in Sports Management, Higher Education, and Performance Training & Rehabilitation in Soccer.

Throughout his coaching career, Santiago has developed players who have progressed to MLS academies and higher levels of the game. He has held leadership and coaching roles within MLS NEXT, USL, and ECNL organizations, with experience in talent identification, curriculum development, coach education, and video analysis.
